Seventy-nine years ago, this month, the Allies began the Normandy Invasion of Europe in an effort to reestablish honor and respect for the rights of All Men and Women throughout the world. Let us honor the memories of our fallen. Let us honor our comrades who came home.

From these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion — that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain — that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom — and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. Let Us Pray: Dear Lord we ask forgiveness for our sins, help us to forgive our fellows. Be with our members who are ill so that they might return to us in good health. Please guide our service people back safely to their posts after the holidays, Dear Lord Please bless America. Amen
