New Member Pin Incentive

Just a reminder that National Commander recognition is available for any Legion member that recruits one or three new members! Please make sure requirements and certification forms are available to all members in your departments by posting on your websites and newsletters. Mention during your Department Conventions.  Ensure your District Commanders have this information and help pass it down to post members.  Encourage recruiting legionnaires to let National  know of their achievements by submitting their certification form.  Post Adjutants can also submit forms on behalf of their recruiting legionnaires.  What an easy way for Post Leadership to show appreciation to its members!

Certification forms and details on how to earn the awards can be found at  I have also attached the forms for your convenience.  All forms should be submitted to Membership:  Scan/email to,,  fax to 317-630-1413, or mail to American Legion National Headquarters; Attn: Membership; PO Box 1055; Indianapolis, IN  46206.
